UGC Certified Technicians
Our technicians are certified by the Ultrasound Guidelines Council (UGC) and are proficient in the accurate interpretation of livestock ultrasound images. Also, all of our lab technicians are full time employees.

Our Mission Statement
Provide quality controlled accurate carcass measurements to beef Breed Associations and maintain communications between Technicians, Breeders and Breed Associations through the new age of technology.

Program Development
The ILIA CUIP Lab software and data management system has been designed by technicians, breeders and professors with years of experience. Designer Genes Technologies, Inc. developers have an understanding of ultrasound, data management, and genetics that go hand in hand with the needs of purebred breeders and the benefits that accurate unbiased data can provide to the breed associations.

Our Software

BIA Field – BIA Field software is UGC approved for the collection of images to be interpreted by the ILIA Centralized Ultrasound Image Processing Labs. ILIA CUIP Lab has the ability to interpret images from the BIA Field software.
